Purchase Orders can't apply to the purchase of the air tickets. The airlines will automatically cancel any itineraries that do not have a payment attached to the reservation

All purchases for airline tickets are required to be paid in full within seven days of confirmation, and the remainder of the program must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. A $250.00 late fee be will assessed and I acknowledge I am responsible for any collection fees that may be incurred by National Travel. I know that all airline tickets, once issued, are non-refundable.
